First Row / Platform information

Know what happens before you act.

These operational disclosures describe the local preview and the connected mainnet features implemented in First Row. A deployed website or a saved nomination does not mean token launching or payouts are enabled. Each action shows its current availability.

Drafts, saved nominations and launches

The credential-free preview stores a draft in your browser tab. Writing or reviewing it does not verify an identity, contact a creator, reserve a ticker, create a token or move funds.

When First Row sign-in is enabled, choosing Save nomination sends the reviewed details to the First Row backend and creates an account-backed record. Preparing a launch can publish token metadata and reserve a mint. These steps are separate from submitting a real Solana mainnet transaction.

Mainnet launch submission is available only after the configured backend verifies the required program and signing setup. Review the creator, token details, network and sponsor budget before submitting. A submitted transaction is not a confirmed launch.

Creator identity and community recognition

Use First Row for good-faith discovery. Do not represent another person or imply their participation or endorsement without permission. A community token, nomination or claimed reward does not establish creator endorsement, ownership of their work, or a claim against them.

The connected service authenticates through X and Privy and uses the account’s numeric X identity. Handles can change. Creator claims require the matching identity, an authorization from the configured First Row attestor, and a signature from the chosen Solana wallet. Check the full wallet address before authorizing a claim; a claim binds the wallet used for creator withdrawals.

Scout recognition is not an entitlement to creator fees. Never enter wallet recovery phrases or private keys into a nomination or token description.

Creator fees and transaction costs

The intended allocation is 80% to the creator and 20% to First Row of creator fees actually received through the configured fee arrangement. It is not a percentage of trading volume, a trading return or a promise of revenue. Pump.fun and network fees are separate; earnings depend on actual activity and fee routing.

The launch review shows First Row’s sponsor budget. Creator claim and withdrawal reviews show the amount, recipient and estimated network fee paid by the selected wallet. Solana fees can be charged for transactions that fail onchain. The escrow must keep its required account reserve, so its full displayed balance may not be withdrawable.

Balances are observations from a chain lookup, not guarantees of a future payment. Transaction records distinguish preparation, submission and confirmation. Refresh balances and check saved transaction status when a response is delayed or uncertain.

Service dependencies and administrative controls

First Row relies on X, Privy, Convex, Solana RPC providers, wallets and Pump.fun. Their availability, account policies, network behavior and program changes can affect sign-in, launches, markets, fees and claims.

The First Row attestor is trusted to authorize the correct X identity. Its operator also controls configured launch availability and sponsor funding. Program upgrade authority and upstream protocol administrators can affect program behavior or fee arrangements. These controls and the active deployment must be reviewed before enabling execution; do not assume the system is autonomous or that fee routing can never change.

Mainnet actions and market risk

Solana mainnet actions involve real assets. Confirm the network, wallet, token address and transaction details in your wallet. Published onchain transactions cannot be undone by clearing browser storage or removing an application record. Token metadata can also be copied or indexed by other services.

Confirmed token listings link to external markets. Prices and liquidity can change, and tokens can lose their entire value. First Row does not promise a market, a minimum return or a payout. External services apply their own terms.

Availability and operating information

A feature can remain unavailable even when sign-in works. Local drafts can be lost through browser settings or ending a tab session; only explicitly saved nominations have a backend record. Wallet and X account access are separate responsibilities, and the site does not promise recovery of either.

Before public account and transaction features are enabled, the operator must publish its identity, contact and support details and finalize the applicable service terms and privacy policy. These disclosures do not establish a legal entity, jurisdiction, retention schedule or support commitment.
